概要/Abstract

Recently, the studies of human-computer interaction(HCI) in home environment has become popular in conjunction with ubiquitous computing. In home environment, bathroom is one of the most unique spaces. In this study, we are focusing on the habit of looking back and summarizing one's memories of the day while taking a bath. We developed a tool named ''Flog'', that supports aforesaid habit. In the prototype system, Flog replays digital photographs representing the memories of the day. Flog also has the interface that is enjoyable to manipulate. Designing Flog, we used the metaphor of familiar things in the bathroom: liquid as memories, shampoo bottle as container, and basin and sponge as players.
